vzccc is new and still being built. We may change it, limit it or stop it at any time. When we can, we'll tell account holders first.

Your account

You sign in with an email address you control. Keep access to it safe: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

You must be 16 or older. One person for each account.

You can stop using vzccc and ask us to delete your account at any time.

Fair use

Don't use vzccc to break the law or to harm, harass or deceive anyone.

Don't sign up with an address that isn't yours, flood it with sign-in requests, or try to get around its limits.

Don't attack, probe or overload it, or access it by automated means we haven't allowed. To report a security problem, see vzccc.com/.well-known/security.txt.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Privacy

What we keep about you, and why, is in our privacy notice at vzccc.com/privacy.

Ours and yours

vzccc, its name, look and code are ours. These terms give you the right to use it, and nothing more.

Anything you give us stays yours.

No warranty

vzccc is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it, including that it is fit for a purpose, always available, or free of errors.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with vzccc is the larger of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Law

The laws of the State of Washington, USA, govern these terms, without its rules on conflicts of law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Washington, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you more rights, these terms don't take them away.

Changes

We may change these terms. We update the date above, and if a change matters, we email account holders before it takes effect. Using vzccc after that means you accept the new terms.
